Accounts

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Plans and billing

• Free, Pro, and Agency plans include different feature limits.
• Paid plans cover platform hosting, storage, analytics, and support.
• If you add third-party API keys, you are responsible for their fees.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful content.

Your content

• You own the content you submit and collect.
• You grant us a limited license to process it so we can provide the service.

Third-party services

We rely on providers like Stripe and Supabase to operate Form2Lead. Their terms also apply.

Availability

We work hard to keep Form2Lead available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Form2Lead is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.
